European restaurant in Moscow

Nowadays one can safely say that European cuisine which we happy to serve you in our restaurant adsorbed a lot of national cuisines of European countries. For quite substantial period of interactions between the European nations the recipes of national dishes mixed up and as a result of this we can now speak about unique culinary phenomenon like European cuisine. It’s thought that traditional morning coffee habit came from Austria for example, and Austrians absolutely convinced they presented such a fantastic drink as coffee to the Europe.

However the culinary art originated in Italy. The center of Italian cuisine is pasta although pasta is Chinese invent. Another contribution to the European cuisine from the sunny country is pizza.

Yorkshire cuisine being one of English cuisines made such a gift to European deserts as pudding. The Germans, Belgians and Checks thought Europe to drink beer. This is the place to brew more than five hundred types of the drink and some of them are over four hundred years old.

The palm among the European cuisine is carried by the French one; it’s considered the masterpiece of the culinary and takes leading roles in the restaurants. Furthermore these French terms anchored in the culinary terminology like “restaurant”, “omelette” etc. Thus European cuisine is a mix of variety of trends.

“European cuisine” and “European restaurant” expressions assimilated in our language so that anyone thinks over what is the background meaning. And if you think hard you’ll get to the answer by yourself. The key feature of European cuisine is no standards for cooking. This can be explained by the fact that Russian restaurateurs established the term for all the European dishes. At the same time all the countries have their own culinary traditions, cooking rules and recipes. For instance, English people are keen on meat that’s why they have plenty of meat based dishes. That’s why they prefer cooking it in stakes when it’s beef or veal, lamb or nonfat pork; they never have it cut; when in Germany people have different tradition since Germans like sausages and stakes are not very popular in opposite; they mainly have their meet ragout or boiled. Italians prefer veal, fish and sea food and proud of their pizza.

It seems to be a challenge to compare the exact and conservative English against deep and pedantic German and elegant and cordon blue French cuisine. Anyway they still have a lot of common features and the first one is their European belonging.
